Hotel internal regulations

In order to assure a nice environment for all our guests, and for you to full enjoy your experience with us, we would like to inform about the internal regulations for you to consider:

- Smoking is forbidden into the hotel area.

- Only guest staying at the hotel can use the facilities. It is not allowed to bring in a person who is not registered in the hotel. If you want to bring someone into the hotel, please inform the reception and they will inform you about the cost that would be applied.

- It is not allowed to make noise, play loud music, bring pets, or any act that may disturb other guests or damage the installations.

- The entrance to restaurant is not allowed  with swimwear.

- The hotel reserve the right of admission. In case of an inappropriate behaviour, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.

- The hotel is not responsible of the lost properties.

- The hotel is not responsible for any incident during a service provided by an external company, or on the beach, which is a public area.

- The guest will be responsible for any item provided by the hotel, such us towels, remote control... In the case of not returning, loss or damage these items, the value will be charged to your room account. Also, a charge will be added into your account in the case of damage of the furniture or the room during your stay.

- On the room door you will find an emergency exits map. We would kindly ask you to read it carefully for your own safety. If you have any question, please contact reception.
